How do I book a tour?
Leave a request on the site or message me on WhatsApp/Instagram/Facebook. We'll discuss your interests, dates and the kind of trip you want, and I'll suggest a suitable route.
Can you customise the itinerary to our interests?
Yes. Personalising the itinerary is my priority. I create each tour around your interests, pace and preferences. Guests sometimes even send me photos they have saved on Instagram, and I create the itinerary around the places and experiences they like.
Can I book a tour for just one person or a small group?
Yes. Tours are available for solo travellers as well as private groups of different sizes. The vehicle is selected according to the size of your group — a car, 4x4 Jeep, minibus, or a coach with 50+ seats.
How do we get around the island?
The vehicle is chosen based on the size of your group and your preferences. Depending on the group, we can travel by car, 4x4 Jeep, minibus or coach. We also make stops at interesting places along the route.
Can I book a Jeep tour?
Yes. A tour can be arranged by 4x4 Jeep on request. It's a great option for those who want to add more excitement to their trip and experience the island in a different way. (There will be no off-road driving on the itinerary that requires a 4x4 vehicle — guests choose the Jeep primarily for the experience and atmosphere.)
Is the tour suitable for families with children?
Yes. I adapt the itinerary to the children's age so that the experience is comfortable and enjoyable for the whole family. Child seats are provided free of charge.
Where does the tour start?
The tour starts at a convenient location for you. I can pick you up at the airport, your hotel or the cruise port, or meet you at another agreed location on the island.
What if the weather is bad on the tour day?
Madeira is known for its microclimates. If it's raining in one part of the island, it can be sunny in another. If needed, the route is adjusted to pick the most comfortable conditions and keep the trip enjoyable.
What should I bring?
I recommend comfortable shoes, a light jacket or windbreaker, water, sunglasses and sunscreen.
